This portal handles customer access, offline workstation license requests, issued licenses, workstation tracking, and later AWS onboarding.
Login, upload a workstation request JSON, generate a license if seats are available, and download the issued file.
AWS onboarding and entitlement mapping will be connected through the same portal backend.
